<p>ABSTRACT </p>
<p>Agricultural production has entered a new era of competitive low-cost global corporation. The cost-benefit ratio to decide which type of agriculture. Global Marketing needs some changes at the grassroots level. Farmers should be aware of cost and need new strategies of mixing various farming option like Agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry and Floriculture activities. A new model for integrating all of these areas in an environmentally friendly mode is discussed. Suitable mixed technology in harmony with the natural resources in the moment in India is needed .. An agricultural mission for efficient resource management should aim at bridging the gap between actual and potential yield Farm yield. Use of bio-technology and bioinformatics for the identification of economically viable farming options and combinations can not be excluded, however, soil and environmental conservation will be kept in mind while agriculture with biotechnology options. We should of Eco-talk promotes germ-base instead of highly productive &#8211; germplasm, un-competable, our natural resources. All these and other aspects of future agricultural scenario in India is discussed on these pages. India with 1.09 billion people and 60% of them depend on agriculture is not paved with the U.S., the merely339 and only 0.7 million people dependent on them or agriculture. <p>I received a call one day (a few years ago when it became the norm for tractor feed paper, computer) by a gentleman that we as &quot;Mr. Andrews. &quot;A friend of his had told him is my name and told him I would give him advice about how to do with his invention. </p>
<p>Mr. Andrews had a way of separating the perforated edges of the tractor feed printer paper invented. We met and he showed his model for me. He showed me the results of his patent search, and several letters from interested parties in Japan apparently. Trimmer His idea was simple. He mounted a razor blade in the tractor of the tractor feed mechanism of an Epson printer. It seemed to work well. </p>
<p>I was impressed with his demonstration, and offered to produce and market its margin trimmer for him. Mr. Andrews to mean. <p>While experimenting with the tractors, I found that I am one of the tractors as they could use a hand-held manual type of trimmer. Depending on the weight of the paper and the style of perforations, I was able to cut the margin of one to stack about 20 sheets at once. </p>
<p>So now I have two potential products, the hand held trimmer and had a trimmer built in printers. There was no question in my mind that the devices have been patented and marketable. </p>
<p>I won the help of my brother, the establishment of a limited partnership to finance the project, and we raised approximately $ 75,000 from about 30 small investors, we rounded up from among our friends. Considered one of our investors and operating a plastic injection molding company. </p>

We had an extra dollar a piece, until the tool was to pay for subsidies. I have a hard time remembering the details, but I think it was costing us about a buck and a half ($ 1.75) per trimmer to mold the plastic parts to mount the trimmers and package them in blister packs. </p>
<p>I think we had a suggested retail price of $ 7.95, although I am not sure. My brother and I are trying to market it ourselves, but we were not really the seller and not much progresses. </p>
<p>One of our investors was my marketing man for another product. He took the prototypes of the trimmer to a computer products fair. He was in a position to our new products to the President of the Curtis production. Demonstrate Curtis, was in the business of manufacturing and marketing of computer accessories such as surge diskette holders, mouse pads, etc.. </p>
<p>The President of the Curtis has the automatic margin trimmer. He agreed to market and distribute the handheld version. The President of the Curtis picked up a product development in Palo Alto, CA. to refine my automatic trimmer. After several months of new product development company had a working prototype to show us, and it was smooth. I think it was around $ 50 cost to produce and has been for a few hundred are marketed. We would be) 5% of gross sales get (wholesale. </p>
<p>Curtis was the sale of hand margin trimmer, color coordinated to match Curtis&#39;s color scheme, for $ 9.95 I think, and they began to sell. Life was good. </p>
<p>That is when the out-of-the-blue, the parent company of Curtis, a gold mining company as I believe, have filed bankruptcy. I&#39;m not clear on the details, but somehow the bankruptcy caused to resign, the President of Curtis. </p>
<p>The new president of the Curtis canceled without notice for any reason held the burster / trimmer project, and the hand and trimmers. They had kept 27,000 of the hand trimmer sold. </p>
<p>We received the prototype trimmer / burster of Product Genesis, and tried to market it themselves. We have the interest of any manufacturer in our unit. Probably because it built so cheap that the profit margin for a much smaller. </p>
<p>We had no money to produce a product itself, so the whole thing died. Until today you can still buy a big heavy expensive bursters, if you want to separate continuous form in the ranks, several thousand dollars. </p>

<p>I am often asked whether these good times for new business opportunities? Should I wait? Is the economy down? Is it a good tool market? Is the competition too intense? These and many more stated concerns are nothing more than self-imposed barriers to movement. </p>
<p>Now is the best time in history to start a business is to start a product or offer a cutting edge new service. More people than ever before have jobs. More people than ever before at home. More business start-ups will each year than the year before. Global Prosperity gallop, with formerly poor countries like China, India and Malaysia, will see spectacular growth (potential new customers for new products and services) in the midsize class. </p>
<p>Much of what I just said could be in conflict with the media presentation of the difficult economic situation seem. The mass media knows that bad news sells. It is made up for in their interest to the problems of General Motors layoffs, ignoring health care benefit cuts and staff report to the spectacular growth of jobs and small businesses more than for the old lion killed the industry. The mass media have a goal of keeping the reader on the edge, uncertain and frustrated about the future. Do not worry, do your own research on current market conditions, if this is a concern. </p>
<p>The opportunity to successfully start a small business is the market an invention or new service will always depend solely on the value, novelty and advantages of the new offer. If there is an underserved market segment, and you can create a niche in a large market to determine category, is the time to move forward is always right. </p>
<p>For many years I was with major national department store chains. Buyer always had a reason why not now a good time to submit an order. &quot;Easter comes.&quot; &quot;We have inventory in the next month. &quot;We&#39;ll see how next week goes on sale.&quot; Always excuses. Meanwhile, the inventory of hot items was low and sales would be lost. It&#39;s the same with excuses to delay an entrepreneurial opportunity. </p>
<p>My advice to all students, clients and inventors is quite simple: &quot;The time has never been a businessman friend.&quot; I saw a contractor loses a multi-million dollar contract purchase with Home Shopping Network by three days. Initial hesitation, self-imposed hurdles, lack of concentration and errors caused unnecessary delays in the development and devastating. HSN was fed up and the mission with a smaller but better-organized competitors. The loser of this race never recovered. The winner has more than 20 million U.S. dollars annual turnover with HSN and has built a strong international business. It is maddening to me how often delay represents an opportunity squandered. </p>
<p>Do not hesitate to market movement and a chance to short-term business conditions, both to perceived or real. For example, the interest rates are historically low for the last few years. Recently they have begun to inch by inch. How much are they? What impact could have increased the risk to the ultimate success of mine? No one really knows the exact answer. We are working can only say with certainty that interest rates rise, prices go down. Look at the historical averages and expect that these averages will hold true to form. Base your financial assumptions on the mean averages, but do not hesitate to move a good idea because of uncertainty over an element. Remember to rise when interest rates, they get good for competition. </p>
<p>Nor should we listen to negative nannies nit picking your project. If you do an effective job of due diligence, you can identify your market niche in the frame was done and can have a very good financial record, you probably have quantified the makings of a successful company. Someone else may offer a direct competitive product. You can not afford a first to market advantage because of the uncertainty to linger and lose on entry at the optimum time. There is never a perfect time to start. There is only now, and now has enough good enough. </p>

<p>Our bakery had a policy of introducing a new kind of baked goods per month. Everyone has an idea and we were a large number of people each time introduced the new bakery was see. Unfortunately the confectioner no idea what would be the introduction and people often hate the new pastries. </p>
<p>The idea of a new bakery was a sound one, as it generates a lot of advertising for us, but more often than not, it was a bad choice. A company, business consultant I knew offered me some advice on the development of new products. He explained that you had to do some research to find out what your customers wanted or thought they wanted. He offered a survey of our customers for a month to see what he could find out. </p>
<p>I looked online and found a free business plan that I could use, and I began to study up on everything to do with product development, including marketing and promotions. After the survey was completed, to our surprise, most of our clients who were not for exotic pastries, but simply wanted more taste of many products that we have already carried out. </p>
<p>Next month we will be a new and improved clair and offered six new fillings. We could not keep the eclairs on the shelves in order to save our lives. Business has been almost ten percent in the first two weeks of the offer more flavors. The following week, I invited the local newspaper to be present when we presented our latest pastries. This time we had a new version of an old classic except that it had a spicy aroma of coffee. </p>
<p>Studies had shown that most customers has aromas of coffee and this time was no exception. We have a lot of free media coverage, and today we are almost 30% more consulting than we were this time last year. </p>

<p>In 1930 a young engineer has to spend time by his superiors at the workplace, on the floor of a Minneapolis auto body shop. The reason for the visit was cut by the performance of the main product of his employer, industrial grade sand paper, in actual use as a car door was checking. The young man was named Richard Drew. </p>
<p>During the workshop, the young Mr. Drew exposed to a rougher environment than he was used. The floor of the shop was noisy, dirty and profane well, quite. Much of the profanity has been the difficulty of the repair crews experienced in trying to fit in perfectly with paint striping to body panels and are connected. She was quite simply no rudimentary instrument, other than a steady hand and line of sight to a perfectly smooth straight lines which can not overlap. </p>
<p>Richard Drew was curious and began to consider ways to draw, paint, the process of painting multiple colors crisply in order to simplify bodies themselves. His invention was ingenious, elegant and simple, and is a standard in any &quot;do-it-yourself, the toolbox, to this day. He created &quot;tape&quot;. There is almost no painting in a home or business that will employ no tape and protect the edges and finished it. </p>
<p>Arthur Fry was also pose the search for a simple answer to a vexing problem personally. Mr. Fry was continually losing his place in his church hymnal, when he attended church services in his church. He hated bending, or &quot;dog earing&quot; pages. He did not want to mark or damage the hymn-book in any way. Book-mark would simply fall out of the hymnal. </p>
<p>He was also a Minneapolis-area resident, and decided to seek a solution at the place of employment. Mr. Fry went to a colleague Spencer Silver, who was working on a new type of glue with minimal adhesive properties. He borrowed a little of prototypes Spencer&#39;s glue and a little applied to the edge of a small sheet of paper. When applied to paper, which stuck snuggly connected place, but was easily and without damage to the host paper away. </p>
<p>Try in the 1970s, Fry and Spencer employers, their protected invention and started the relevant product market. Initially, there was little interest of consumers. Then in 1979, almost ready to give up, the company decided to sample much of the product in office supply stores. The response was overwhelming. The Post It Note was born. </p>
<p>Tape and Post-It notes were internationally commercialized by the huge (today) 3M Company of Minneapolis. Employee Richard Drew, Arthur Fry and Spencer Silver had developed, are urgently needed and valued consumer goods that generates billions in revenue and profit for 3M have. However, all three were easy, all employees from 3M. </p>
<p>In most mature companies certainly Employee releases, the characters have all rights to their work product into society. Drew Fry and silver had signed such releases, and were therefore rewarded by 3M. However, they were rewarded as an employee, not entrepreneurial inventors. A bonus and a salary increase will always be asked, but there was no profit sharing for its great progress. </p>
<p>These men were working and creating the time of the company, with resources of the company and had released all rights to their work 3M. They had good jobs, which for a large company &#8211; but &#8211; had no further claims on the profits generated by their creativity. </p>
<p>Imagine the wealth and fame that these inventors would have enjoyed if they had marketed the products themselves. Not everyone has an entrepreneurial Constitution. In fact, most people are likely not from a job for pursuing the chimera of the launch of a product or company. However, the ability to create the next tape, or by mail every day, took notice, here in America, by someone. </p>
<p>As an entrepreneur, you are all you expose yourself to the whims of the market. As an employee you can enjoy a company with protective cocoon of resources and assets readily at hand. But think about it. If you could invent the next new product in advance, with the hope of commercial success, would you be satisfied with a bonus and a raise &#8211; or &#8211; the ability to fully harvest and control your product and your destiny? I know what I would do. </p>
